Service advisor Clinton Ninus is very trustworthy, fair and honestly gives it to you straight regarding what your car needs for service. Love my car but would have bought it from anywhere it had been months of search for this certain car. I would like to start by saying that I love my Transit Connect minivan. I was notified by Ford that there was a recall on the sliding door latches. Before I was able to get it in, the latch broke. In scheduling the repair, I encountered what I thought was a major hiccup. When I was unable to get an equitable solution, I contacted Warren Miller the General Manager of AutoNation Scottsdale. He immediately reached out to me. Without any argument, he quickly resolved the issue, doing so beyond my expectations. He then followed up with me. to ensure that I was comfortable with the resolution. In a time of less than favorable opinion of auto dealers, Mr. Miller showed exemplary ethics, professionalism, and the kind of customer service that is so often lacking in business today.
