I thought Peoria ford was bad . Until I went to AutoNation Past three days I’ve called and left messages to schedule and appointment, no call back . Finally I just went down there today . Great Service James Vaughn (our Sale Guy) Went out of his way to help me and my wife this past Saturday! He was responsive and respectful! Reservation Process is a joke ***DO NOT RESERVE A VEHICLE HERE*** Went in and test drove a truck Saturday. Sales guy (Ken Cullens) was great and said they would reserve the truck ***DO NOT RESERVE A VEHICLE HERE*** Went in and test drove a truck Saturday. Sales guy (Ken Cullens) was great and said they would reserve the truck for me to come in the following Monday/Tuesday morning to purchase the truck. Monday morning at 9AM, I received an email from the dealership setting up and confirming my appointment to purchase the truck. Barely an hour later, I received an email, not a phone call, from Howard Thaler, the "sales manager" telling me that they sold the truck this morning and that I was free to look at other inventory they had. So much for AutoNations reservation process! Turns out this place is exactly like all the other discount car dealerships, no real customer service beyond surface level and no integrity. Avoid if you can. More

Finally got a gap check mailed to me and guess what they they off my APT number and 30 days later they don't know if the check has been cashed and can't help me till they receive an email back. Really 30 days later in this day and age you can't tell me if a check was cashed. And my extended warranty refund check still hasn't been issued. I flew out to deal with this in person. Next complaint is the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General as well. Buyer BEWARE!!!!! Nothing but excuses for these people. More

Poor customer service I decided to try to get a simple oil change at Autonation. I drove up to service and was not greeted by any service advisors. I waited 5 minutes in the service center driveway. A different customer drove up and he instructed me to walk into the stall and get their attention. He also told me he learned this from his first experience on coming to this service center. I went in and talk to an advisor I felt like I was a hugh inconvenience on them. I originally arrived at 2:47 pm and was told to come back on Monday. Needless to say I will be returning to Peoria Ford even though that autonation us very close to my home. I much rather drive 23 extra mile for the great quality customer service. It was not Brandon’s fault. I put all the blame on their leader for poor customer service. Hello and Good Riddance Autonation Ford! More

Once I had moved over to my financing I was pleasantly surprised to have the same energy coming from Brent Melville! Incredibly knowledgeable on all service plans and other things regarding my vehicle. Overall a five star experience and I would definitely come back to buy from them again or recommend a friend to go! More
