Once you purchase your vehicle there you apparently no longer matter. first several oil changes given at purchase sounds great until you find out you will wait 3 hours even with an appointment. Kevin Morgan serviced my cars since me first ford explorer over 20 years ago. I had not seen him in 8 years or so once all my warranty's expired. He took in my explorer that no one else could fix. It took him almost 2 weeks to get the problem solved no one else could fix. But he did it. He is an example of what a good car dealership is.
