We just purchased a Ford F-150 from AutoNation Ford Scottsdale yesterday. The experience we had there was so wonderful. The people were very friendly and helpful. The bluetooth on my brand new Escape would not work. I came into the dealership 5 different times and they could not fix it. Joseph was entirely unprofessional and flirtatious, even saying that it was too came into the dealership 5 different times and they could not fix it. This was the first ford we bought. This dealership made every thing possible to make our experience top any other dealer. We decided to finance and were quite worried about getting to finance part thinking they are gonna sell us every thing on the book. We meet finance manger bastian and he took his time to explain all of our paper work. It can be confusing how rebates work with ford and financing but he took his time and explained all the options to the point we were crystal clear. He offered us a very competitive rate and warranty in our budget. We will refer all of our friend and family to this dealership. More
First off this dealership provides horrible service to potential buyers.Went to look at a pre- owned F150 becuase i wanted to trade up from my 2006.First exprience wasnt bad. Wrote a deal for the truck left my vehicle a couples days later and was on my may.Drove the truck for ten days liked the vehicle..Hears where it went south, Finiance director calls me informed the lending wasnt approved .Okay no problem i returned there truck and they refunded my down payment .Then i asked where is my truck ?the GSM eric zimmerman tells me its at power dodge in the holding lot we"ll take you there .My truck wasnt at power dodge i callled eric he said i"ll find it ,even if i have to drive there myself.OKAy have it to me by noon tomorrow . Well they next day rolls around i show up early to retrieve my vehicle,asked again where is my truck ?Oh its in California at one of our auctions .PIssed off at this point and worried that im never gona see my truck again i get upset ,Eric Zimmmerman then proceeds to tell me "well this is all you're fault you gave me BAD pay stubs".So being callled a liar by the sales manager and be told calm down after the shock of them telling my truck is in California ,I'm at a lost not wanting to waste anymore time i jump a plane fly to california to retreive my vehicle .How its might fualt that they transported my truck without funding towards the new purchase is beyond me.Its costs me 482.00 dollars just to step in to power ford .And to top it off the GSM Eric Zimmmerman insults me personally .Come into this dealership if you want work with a unprofessional sales manager who conducts himself like a team member at youre local mcdonalds. Never owned a Ford before until 3 years ago that I bought my 1st Fusion. The whole experience was very easy from picking the car I wanted to finish... When the new model came out last year I called him again & they got the car I wanted & the same quick, easy, & hassle free service I received 2nd time around.
