I emailed him a few weeks later to purchase another vehicle ($43,000 plus) through AutoNation. He said he could help me with that after his customer he was dealing with(was on a Sunday). Heard back from him 4 days later telling me the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available.What happened to I'll call you after my customer on Sunday ? More
Ford Escape botched I will never buy another ford and hope my daughter never has to deal with this dealership. She bought a 2019 Ford Escape which has been in this dealer I will never buy another ford and hope my daughter never has to deal with this dealership. She bought a 2019 Ford Escape which has been in this dealership for a month, no one calls unless you call them. They put a new engine, according to them, and check engine light came on for second time, then they said when engine went in was put in a part was missing, WHAT!!!, if it’s new shouldn’t it be complete, now daughter is waiting for another part for almost a month, a 2019 escape with 20,000 miles should be easy to get parts for. This should be a recall from ford. Sales manager she was supposed to deal with, passed her off to someone else, she paid 18,000 for car in March 2020, car has been in dealers two times total of month and a half, they appraised at 14,000, so they are steering her towards a lease. Regional manager says she doesn’t qualify for a buyback. This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with! No communication, from any of the depts, . Liesto pacify us. I will never buy a ford from this dealership, they are the worst! When calling was disconnected by customer service several times, was told they couldn’t give me regional managers number or name, and they didn’t have that info! More
Purchased A new truck at this dealership. Everyone I encountered was very professional and courteous. The sales person was Kenneth who again was very helpful and courteous. Best experience for buying a car Everyone we worked with here, especially Demetrie and Brent, were wonderful. I thought Peoria ford was bad . Until I went to AutoNation Past three days I’ve called and left messages to schedule and appointment, no call back . Finally I just went down there today . Pulled into service and literally sat for 25 minutes in my truck wasn’t greeted I see service advisors shooting the crap and I’m just sitting there wasn’t even greeted . Great Service James Vaughn (our Sale Guy) Went out of his way to help me and my wife this past Saturday! He was responsive and respectful! Reservation Process is a joke ***DO NOT RESERVE A VEHICLE HERE*** Went in and test drove a truck Saturday. Sales guy (Ken Cullens) was great and said they would reserve the truck ***DO NOT RESERVE A VEHICLE HERE*** Went in and test drove a truck Saturday. Sales guy (Ken Cullens) was great and said they would reserve the truck for me to come in the following Monday/Tuesday morning to purchase the truck. Monday morning at 9AM, I received an email from the dealership setting up and confirming my appointment to purchase the truck. Barely an hour later, I received an email, not a phone call, from Howard Thaler, the "sales manager" telling me that they sold the truck this morning and that I was free to look at other inventory they had. So much for AutoNations reservation process! Turns out this place is exactly like all the other discount car dealerships, no real customer service beyond surface level and no integrity. Avoid if you can. More

All they sell is Lemons at this store !!! More
