Two Years Later Still Waiting on Refund for Gap and Warranty HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place to do business with. Been trying to cancel my Gap and extended warranty for about two years now!!! Finally got a gap check ma HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place to do business with. Been trying to cancel my Gap and extended warranty for about two years now!!! Finally got a gap check mailed to me and guess what they they off my APT number and 30 days later they don't know if the check has been cashed and can't help me till they receive an email back. Really 30 days later in this day and age you can't tell me if a check was cashed. And my extended warranty refund check still hasn't been issued. I flew out to deal with this in person. Next complaint is the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General as well. Buyer BEWARE!!!!! Nothing but excuses for these people. More

I waited 5 minutes in the service center driveway. A different customer drove up and he instructed me to walk into the stall and get their attention. He also told me he learned this from his first experience on coming to this service center. I went in and talk to an advisor I felt like I was a hugh inconvenience on them. I originally arrived at 2:47 pm and was told to come back on Monday. Needless to say I will be returning to Peoria Ford even though that autonation us very close to my home. I much rather drive 23 extra mile for the great quality customer service. It was not Brandon’s fault. I put all the blame on their leader for poor customer service. Worked with Jose Quinones as my sales man and he was incredibly informative, helpful, and friendly to work with! Once I had moved over to my financing I was pleasantly surprised to have the same energy coming from Brent Melville! Incredibly knowledgeable on all service plans and other things regarding my vehicle. Overall a five star experience and I would definitely come back to buy from them again or recommend a friend to go! More

HE ASSIGNED JOSE LOPEZ TO ASSIST ME WITH LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE. AFTER CORRESPONDING SEVERAL TIMES WITH HOWARD AND JOSE ABOUT DIFFERENT TRUCKS WE TRAVELED FROM TUCSON TO THEIR DEALERSHIP TO CHECK OUT WHAT THEY HAD IN INVENTORY. JOSE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THERE WERE SOME MINOR ISSUES THAT CAME UP BUT JOSE WAS QUICK TO RESOLVE THEM. More

I called to see if I got a jump could I get in to swap out my battery that was covered under warranty. The girl whom I spoke with was not helpful at all and borderline rude. I was told I couldn’t bring the car in until Monday. Thus incident was on Saturday afternoon. I asked to speak to a manager. I left him a message and my call was never returned. I got right in at Chapman. Friendly courtesy service. I will never go back to Auto Nation More
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The sales manager, Kent Murar was incredibly patronizing and rude. I live in Tucson Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The sales manager, Kent Murar was incredibly patronizing and rude. I live in Tucson and had found a vehicle in their online inventory that I was interested. I spoke to a salesman about the vehicle, discussed pricing, was pre-approved for financing (+800 credit score and considerable down payment) and expecting to drive up to Phoenix to complete the purchase without much hassle. The quoted mileage emailed to me by the salesman was 7 miles - brand new right? The vehicle I was presented with (matching stock #) had 2800 miles on it and potato chip crumbs in the cup holder. I had made an appointment to look at the vehicle 48 hours in advance so they had plenty of time to at the very least, do a quick detail before presenting it - regardless of the mileage discrepancy. The salesman was with another client when I arrived for my appointment so he passed me off to another associate, who passed me off to another before finally speaking with Kent. Kent made statements including “Im sorry you think we misled you” and “due to your misunderstanding” when addressing my frustration over driving 2+ hours to purchase a vehicle with 7 miles on it, only to be presented with a vehicle with 2800 miles and crumbled potato chips in the cup holder. The other buyers around me all joked that we should start a support group for our terrible customer service experience at this dealership. More
Called for oil change 2/22/18 1st oil Change I had a good experience when I bought my car brand new at AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale. It is time for my first oil change so I called yesterday to I had a good experience when I bought my car brand new at AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale. It is time for my first oil change so I called yesterday to see what the cost would be, letting the girl know that it is my first oil change. I ask if I purchase the gold plan if it covered the oil change she gave me to finance dept to find out I do not have it covered only the vehicle warranty. Which is fine the reason I called is they are a distance for me to drive if it is not covered I would go to a ford dealership closer to me. I called automation closer to me but they were booked so I got ahold of surprise ford dealership and took it this morning. To find out I should have got my 1st oil change FREE that Ford pays for the first oil change to the dealership you buy it for. I am very disappointed that I was not told that yesterday from the dealership I bought it from. I hope they contact me and reimburse me for my oil change since I would have gladly went to them if they would have inform me of this. I want others to know of this so they get their free oil change!! More

This time my car began to make rattling noises so I had my 17 y/o son take it in (I am a single mother of 2 children and their father died several years ago) since I work full time. Next day I speak with service rep and he tells me they can do 2 things, 1) fix it enough to keep it running for $3100 or put a new engine in for $8000 (car has Blue Book value of ~$1200. My son was very attached to this car so I said let's do the $3100 fix......5 days later I am told it is unfixable and needs a new engine which I can't afford so I told him I would pick it up. He tells me that the engine is all torn apart and I need to tow it out! Not only did I have to tow it out after it was driven there but I also had to pay $500 for their labor cost!!! TOTAL SHAME ON THEM! More
