Did an effortless internet sale with Bethann in early January. Wonderful. Went in to sign papers and all went well until I talked to Bastion. Was not ready for the bully. Went from an offered deal of January. Wonderful. Went in to sign papers and all went well until I talked to Bastion. Was not ready for the bully. Went from an offered deal of just over 50,000 that I wanted to lease to where I now have a buyout at Ford Motor Credit of 61,000. Went in the next day to try and FIX, he refused. Finally the extras and add ons were canceled but as of yet not credited back. I will never buy a FORD from these people again. John P Devine MD More

I went to the dealership for a 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid that saw online. I met Steve Jaichner and we talked about other cars, but I wanted the Escape. I then met with the finance guy Bastan Falsafi who set me up with a warranty, a scheduled maintenance plan, etc all financed at a great rate within my budget. I walked in. The transaction was smooth and painless. I walked out with the car of my dreams. They even threw in a full tank of gas. The next day, I got into an accident. Both vehicles involved were totaled out. I ended up getting nice refund back because I bought the car well under market value. More
This is the worst dealership! Finance manager Bastian Falsafi was arrogant, aggressive and dishonest. Pushed us to use Ford Credit instead of our own financing so we would get an extra $500 rebate. He lied and said we could refinance the car as new with our bank after but our bank now values the car as "used" and won't finance the entire amount. We are stuck with high Ford Credit interest rate which will cost THOUSANDS of $$ more!! Also lied and told us we had to make 4 payments before refinancing or we would have to pay back ALL the rebates. NOT true! You can refinance/payoff the loan at anytime with no penalty. Pushed unnecessary extras showing how little it changed the monthly payment but he had increased the # of payments without pointing it out. His manager Steve Jaichner ignored my calls and emails! We will never go back! More
Power Ford is absolutely amazing Bastan took such great care of me he got me this amazing rate that nobody else in the industry could have gotten. I have purchased my first Ford product in June of 2012. I purchased a Certified pre-owned 2012 5.0 Mustang from Power Ford of Scottsdale. The experience from Steve Sprute the sales manager, Steve Jaighner I purchased a Certified pre-owned 2012 5.0 Mustang from Power Ford of Scottsdale. The experience from Steve Sprute the sales manager, Steve Jaighner the salesman and Baston Falsafib the finance guy were awesome. These three guys got me into that mustang at a great price and the financing was unbelievable. I was so impressed with this dealership that I purchased a new 2012 Ford Flex in August of 2012 with the same team and that experience was better then the first. I then purchased a third Ford from Power Ford Of Scottsdale, a new 2013 Ford Focus SE Titanium in January of 2013. These guys make me feel like I am part of the family and they have renewed my trust in buying a car from reputable dealership. I enjoy doing business with Power Ford of Scottsdale so much that I am looking ford to my next new purchase from them, a Ford F250 diesel. I have recommended this dealer to all my friends especially Baston the finance guy who has the ability to make so many things happen even if you do not have perfect credit. More

My initial experience with the dealership was great from the sales end. The salesperson (Heather) was great for being new to the product and dealership. He was without a doubt the most condescending and insulting person I have EVER dealt with in car sales on either end, and I have bought quite a few cars in my lifetime. I understand the whole concept behind extended warranties and maintenance packages and even after I patiently listened to his spiel (after 2 1/2 hours of unnecessary waiting) and declined the extended warranty and maintenance package, he looked at me in disbelief as if I were a moron. His continued pressured tactics and gesturing as if I did not know what I were doing by saying "no" to the extra packages, was the most unprofessional conduct I have EVER experienced at a car dealership. He even had the nerve to say "I guess you don't like to spend money." Whatever kept me from walking out right there and then, I don't know. I have proceeded to tell several of my friends (other professionals like myself that do like to "spend money") about my negative experience with the finance guy at the dealership and I am sure that it will influence their decision to NOT go to this particular dealership, should they choose to buy a Ford in the future. I certainly know that THIS dealership WILL NOT get my service business based on this experience. More
