Found the advisor to very forthcoming as the problems with the car what needed to be done and how they were going to handle the repairs. Overall, the experience was very good. Our salesman was courteous and upfront. It would have been nice if the financing department had informed us that in order to keep our payments low, he extended our fi courteous and upfront. I purchased a used Ford Ranger mid June 2011 and paid cash. No one ever mentioned anything about running my credit report, nor did I sign anything authorizing it, but it was run. All the staff were nice when buying, but when I tried to call in after the sale about the credit report, nobody would have any part of it. Several people never returned calls. A couple people passed the buck. A couple people told me false information about having to do it for Homeland Security. They didn't know what they were talking about. I finally got to someone who knew the rules, but even though they had nothing with my signature he still said there was nothing he could do. This is an important element. All staff members should KNOW what the process is, and anytime a report is run they should MAKE SURE they talk to the customer beforehand. I had to write the credit agency requesting to have it removed. I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and writing to their highest ranked employ More

No high pressure ever. In fact, he and Power Ford gave me all the time and information I needed to make an informed choice. The clincher was their extended test drive program. I was able to drive my test Explorer right to the door of two other highly rated competitor SUVs and drive them right after stepping out of the Ford. If you think buying a new car is about as much fun as having a tooth pulled, give Ward and Power Ford a try. Steve More
I love this dealership and feel this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship (who knew I'd ever say this about a dealership?)! This place is great. Upon going here for something which should have been explained at another dealership -- something which they did not have to do -- their kindness was overwhelming and the amount of business cards I walked out with was as well. We left far more educated than when we drove in. Every staff member we encountered was so nice and when we left we got things done. They are educational, they smile and they are relaxed and fun to be around. Wish I purchased from this dealership! Ward Bizzel is the go-to man for everything Sync! He is pretty busy but always makes time for us, probably far more time than he needs to but we are pretty dense when it comes to our car workings and he goes above and beyond every single time we have a question. Steve, the finance manager, sold us our ESP plan but did so in a non-condescending and without pressure manner. He's awesome, patient and does what he needs to do including pulling up graphs and laying it out in simple to understand terms -- again, without pressure. Nick Nevels, a sales guy, connected us to everyone we needed. We will be back regularly and will get our car serviced here time and time again. BTW - When we first came to this dealership (remember... we purchased elsewhere) they even offered to buy us lunch (we already ate), gave us bottled water and had us log into the internet at their computer to show us what was going on in Sync that we were having trouble with. They have comfy seats, free wi-fi (no password needed) and a big TV even in the sales department. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership through our experiences with them. Update: #1: We came later to swap our Focus for something else, since nothing was working on our Focus. We swapped for an SUV and again, it was a seamless transaction. Ward, Nick and Steve did not let us down--again. #2: Our SUV began to have A/C issues to the tune of the engine overheating. Ward, Nick and Joe Herman advocated for us despite the warranty expiring, and our extended not covering the radiator. We took our truck to Power Nissan (Tempe) and was serviced without fuss. We left without owing anything! Power Ford took care of the ENTIRE bill from Power Nissan to get our A/C operational again. More
