AutoNation Ford, Scottsdale is terrible. To replace my car keys, they kept my car for over a week and didn not respond to my calls for status. They piecemealed rerquirements for documentation like they had never done this before which rerquired me to spend on several Uber trips to the dealership. Phone calls and text msgs were routinely ignored and they left me in the dark until I finally had to hire an Uber to find out if my car was ready for pick up. NEVER AGAIN More

UPDATE: Since leaving this review, they have said they will NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH US because we left a bad review of them! What amazing customer service. Tiffany Gonzales refused to fix our car even though its recalled because they need the part to "actually fully break" before they'll actually fix it. Which is already ridiculous. But we made an appointment 3 weeks ago for this issue and she would never call us back about whether or not they have the parts. We have called several times and she will not reply. Horrible service always. Also, they kept my car for FOUR MONTHS AND NEVER FIXED IT! More
