The best words to describe my vehicle purchasing experience would be professional, smooth, and surprisingly enjoyable. I say ‘surprisingly’ because most people have either heard or personally experi experience would be professional, smooth, and surprisingly enjoyable. I say ‘surprisingly’ because most people have either heard or personally experienced a vehicle buying process that turned into a very unpleasant ordeal; filled with aggressive, too-forward salesmen that will try to upsell you on everything they can. Not true at AutoNation dealerships. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past couple months. One from AutoNation Audi Arrowhead, and one from AutoNation Ford Scottsdale. Truly a pleasure doing business at both locations. Thank you very much AutoNation, and keep doing exactly what you’re doing!! More
Cost of service is ridiculous. I was charged $160.28 for an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. Just the cost of the oil was $19.85 a quart!!! Synthetic 0/20. Bought a vehicle on a weekend but had to wait for wire transfer to clear before taking possession of the car. Dealer promised to deliver car once funds cleared. Didn’t hear a word from the dealer after th transfer to clear before taking possession of the car. Dealer promised to deliver car once funds cleared. Didn’t hear a word from the dealer after the sale, I had to follow up for status. And when I did follow up, getting info was like pulling teeth. In the end, dealer wouldn’t deliver the car. Overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Car is great though, too bad the dealer experience wasn’t. More
Sales staff were friendly and helpful. Since I purchased an EV, I asked them to start charging it as much as possible. They handed me the vehicle with 32%. And when I asked where I could charge it up, they were clueless. The Finance Director (who owned a similar model) was a little more helpful, but provided me fairly unreliable information. I did enough research to understand what I was getting myself into, but when I went into Finance the the employee literally lied to my face about why I should purchase the warranties. I can understand not knowing how something works, but lying doesn't fly with me. Google regenerative braking. More
