Everything was going well until it was 10pm at night and the warranty discussion started and our payment went up. I was VERY clear to the 2 salesman that I needed to stay around that $640 payment. Don't bother with this dealership, the moment you buy from them is the moment you are absolutely liable for your vehicle if something happens. I bought a used Jeep 2008 and it looked like it was in great condition, ran beautifully and was treated well by the previous owner. I got a service light two weeks after I bought the vehicle and I reported it in to this dealership. I was sent to a sister dealership for repairs and they've had my vehicle from March till present day. They have the parts to fix it but Ford Auto Nation apparently won't authorize the fix even though its covered under the 500 mile used care warranty I was given upon paying for the vehicle in full. I've called several times and talk to several individuals and they give me the run around and won't help me at all. The professionalism, the lack of service and response is outrageously atrocious!!!!! I could only Imagine if I bought a brand new vehicle and something happened, this dealership would make me liable for selling me a lemon. Don't bother with this dealership, its all about getting your money and booting you out the door, worst service!!!! More
