We’d love to just get our car fixed! We thought we followed all of the protocol, made an appointment etc. The person assigned to taking care of us finally said he had no idea when they would be able to complete the warranty work? What do we decide now?

Internet scheduling is in good shape. Tiffany did a good job checking me in and out. She did underestimate the cost of the transmission fluid and coolant exchange by about $100. Not good. More
