Purchased an 2023 transit Adele the sales person was awesome ! The finance guy was not , or he should be called the extended warranty guy . (I paid in full for my vehicle) . This guy told me if I didn’t have ford perform the oil changes the warranty would be void . I educated him otherwise . Right away with 50 miles I had to take my purchase in for warranty . Wheel bearings are making noise . I plan to buy more transit vans and have Adele help with each. More

They did not diagnose my car correctly, after receiving a second opinion, it was obvious that they were lying in order to make more money. The one repair that they did do and should’ve only taken a couple ho second opinion, it was obvious that they were lying in order to make more money. The one repair that they did do and should’ve only taken a couple hours. I had to leave my car for three nights, even though I had an appointment. That small repair was way overcharged. Customer service is terrible except for the person that made contact through communication either by text or phone calls. She was excellent. More
