I've been buying and leasing cars from this dealership since the 90's. (back when Lou Grubb owned) I've known and worked with Kevin Morgan all this time. (pay him whatever he wants he is the best advisor since the 90's. (back when Lou Grubb owned) I've known and worked with Kevin Morgan all this time. (pay him whatever he wants he is the best advisor I've known in my 40+ yrs of car buying). You have a major problem with help and time of service. I waited 3 weeks for a routine oil change and needed a 60K maintance. Other problems were found and loss use of my vehicle for a week. I know a lot of businesses are hurting for help but I'll probably go elsewhere for maintance. Its very frustrating given over the years and all the business I given this dealership (from mid 90's my company leased 3 cars every 3 years and I have personally purchased several more) it's sad and frustrating that this is where we are currently at. This is no knock on Kevin. If you are smart everyone should be like Kevin. Have good day More
So far nothing I have had done there was done correctly. My gas milage dropped after a recall, Taking the truck to another dealership restored the gas milage. Difficulty scheduling from the get go. Not a very warm welmoe from service. Wasn't made aware of a shuttle service. Was told service would take 2-3hrs. Went well over 3hrs. Poorly narrated video with information that was meaningless since there was no comparison to what was normal in terms of tire and brake life. When asked if they could also check my software update and a distorted speaker sound (minor issues that in our opinion could have been easily looked at while we were in for the 10k service) we were told we would need to leave the vehicle for 1.5-2 weeks. When asked why they informed us that there is only 1 guy that is handling warranty claims. Grease marks were left on the hood and door panel. Overall is was a pretty disappointing experience. More
