The actual service was good, but the service advisor and department were terrible this last time! SUV went in for a recall repair and had them do a full synthetic oil change. Dropped it off the night before department were terrible this last time! SUV went in for a recall repair and had them do a full synthetic oil change. Dropped it off the night before. Next day, expected a call saying it was ready by noon but nothing. Called at 4pm to service advisor to see if vehicle was ready. Got answering machine and left message. Service dept. closes a 6pm. Called three more times to both service adviser and anyone who was available when I got home to see if ready. Got answering machine each time. Decided to drive down to see if SUV ready. Got there right before closing. Service adviser was there and said SUV was ready saying that she thought that she called me. I checked my phone for voice messages, texts and emails. None of them from her. As they were closing in a few minutes, I quickly paid the oil change charge of $150 of which I quickly mentioned when paying ansd she replied that prices have gone up in past few months, got in my Edge and drove home. Got home and reviewed my bill. I asked for full synthetic oil change. Thought most of it was due to labor prices but here is the breakdown: Oil change, filter and labor $114.72. Then here's a charge that wasn't authorized of $27.99 for motor oil treatment engine assurance plan coverage. What the xxxx is that? I never authorized nor was asked about it! I called three different times and left messages throughout the following day asking my service advisor to call me back to see what this charge was and that I never authorized it! Also to take the charge off due to this reason. As of this writing, I still do not have any response from her. I will be talking to the service manager on Monday to get this wrongful charge removed and refunded. Phone scheduler in a different state, also but my complaint in the general mailbox for all service people at this location to see. In the 5yrs that I've been taking my vehicle to this dealership for service, I'm going to be thinking twice about ever taking my doing business with this dealership again for service. Very disappointed in unauthorized charges and service advisor not returning several messages!!! Service done was okay and nothing against the technician who did the work. If anyone ever goes to this service department, get a hard quote from them to prevent false charges! More
Set an appointment for an oil change and a couple of warranty issues. Nothing but cosmetics. First available was over three weeks out. I was there two months before and was told they ordered the part warranty issues. Nothing but cosmetics. First available was over three weeks out. I was there two months before and was told they ordered the parts then so I was under the impression they would have my truck for a day, maybe two. They had it for two and a half weeks. After having to throw a fit, they finally rented me a car. However, they would only cover $40. a day. Cheapest I could find for $47. Rental car cost me $180. for a vehicle bought from this dealer at no deal with 15,000 miles on it. Unorganized, understaffed, uncaring. More
F150 was a fleet vehicle and required obtaining permission from the leasing company to perform a transmission repair or replacement. Vehicle was in the service department for 4 weeks trying to work permission from the leasing company to perform a transmission repair or replacement. Vehicle was in the service department for 4 weeks trying to work though whether to repair or replace, ultimately in the leasing company electing to just auction it off instead given 110,000 miles on the truck. My issue was with service manager James McBride. I asked him multiple of time to keep me informed of what was happening, but not once did he ever call me or return my calls! I ended up having had to stop by there at least twice a week a week to get an update of just where he was at with getting approval to do SOMETHING! the work! Seven times after first dropping the truck off I had to stop by taking off work to do so! I will never take EITHER of my Ford vehicles to this dealership again! More
