Second issue was roof rack...advised would be better to leave as is. Other 2 issues....advised to wait until the issue outlined in the recall occurred. Left dealership with no recall addressed. Visit two...different 2021 explorer ...Keyless entry not functioning and vehicle in constant deep sleep mode. Left vehicle all day...when returned neither issue was remedied. Have previously purchased vehicles there before....never again nor would I take a vehicle there for service More
