I had a good experience at the dealership. There were 2 cars that I was interested in. I was greeted warmly when I arrived even though I did not have an appointment. My Ford Edge, purchased at AutoNation Ford in June 2020, had a dead battery. I was able to get the car started with jumper cables and drove it to the dealer. Mark checked and confirmed the battery was still had a dead battery. I was able to get the car started with jumper cables and drove it to the dealer. Mark checked and confirmed the battery was still under warranty. Although the service center had a backlog, he arranged to have the battery replaced the following day at no cost. More
