I'm shocked by all the good reviews. I've had issues every time. Currently they claim the only way to diagnose an electrical drain is to duplicate it, so want to hold the car indefinitel I've had issues every time. They also refused to handle a recall at the same time saying they aren't doing these till end of year-but Camelback Ford had no problem doing both at same visit. They also refused to handle the 4g module upgrade saying they just aren't doing them!! More

Service only -Spring was great customer service she went an extra mile. I have a used Ford I did not buy there and they always act like I did.
