Got Ford Explorer 2017 in 2020 from them with extended warranty (which I did not wanted that much at the time) but as you know things can go wrong. Engine on this cars is phenomenal! but looks like water warranty (which I did not wanted that much at the time) but as you know things can go wrong. I got the car there, they took take of it and I saved 2,200 and I am glad I did that extended warranty now! :) Jessie on service is a great guy, he told me by TH car will be ready and it was. He told me insurance will pay and they did. All happy. More

What a great team at this dealership. I bought a car from online from the east coast and I worked with Ken, Chris, & Karen to get a new truck. When I tell you that these people have great customer service I mean it. They held their online price and that is what I paid. Getting it delivered across the country is no small feat, but these people were able to get me my new truck in less than a week for the deal that I wanted. 5 stars all the way around. More

While the staff is friendly the service appointments take way too long. I rescheduled an oil change when a tech was sick and it would extend my time to 3-4 hours. Getting some one to answer the phone for service is next to impossible. I left a message days ago and no one has called me back. I have two vehicles that need service.
