But my salesman Pease made it very quick and seamless started the process while I was working had everything ready to go so I could just sign and go when I was off work. I highly highly recommend you dealing with him or any of the salesman really they are not pushy just want to get you in the best vehicle they can. Finance was quick with Blake and I was in the showroom at mosh for 2 hours. I did not get special treatment or any discounts. Just great service. More

This was the worst service experience I have ever had with any vehicle I have owned. My 4 month old 2021 F-150 was in the shop for 37 days for a relatively minor warranty repair. After being told for over three weeks that they were waiting on a gasket needed for the repair and there was nothing they could do. I contacted Sanderson Ford the dealership I purchased the truck from asking if they could help. The Sanderson parts department went above and beyond to locate the gasket in a larger gasket kit. Sanderson had the part in hand the next day. Sanderson got the regional Ford rep involved and the part was then sold to AutoNation and Ford picked up the additional cost for the kit. The communication from AutoNation was non existent. It was impossible to call them and get a human to answer. I would leave voicemails and if my calls were returned it would be days later. If I were the general manager of this AutoNation I would be embarrassed that a competitor solved a customers issue within hours that my "team" had been working on for weeks. More

Everty thing went great with our salse rep! When we got to the finance department. I was surprized by the hard sale tatic used to sell extra maintaince and service polices..
