Seems the staff could use some positive customer service training. I can't say they were rude..........but I can't say they made the experience as pleasant as it could have been. Maybe they could pretend that having a customer is the goal..........not just simple tolerate my existance? I could probably ignore the lack of hospitality if there were multiple customers waiting or if it was busy...........but seriously, I seemed to be the one and only customer checking in at the time. Came in for an interval oil change & 20K checkup. While there, they replaced a loose fuel door. Prompt service; out by midday.
