I am going to start off by saying that our sales person Maria didn't even need to be present to make a Sale! The two days that my husband and I deliberated to make this decision Maria was so responsive an Maria didn't even need to be present to make a Sale! The two days that my husband and I deliberated to make this decision Maria was so responsive and made sure that we were taken care of even in her absence. We were only available to visit the dealership after 5pm and when we did, it was the smoothest and easiest process we've ever had. The reps that took over for Maria were absolutely wonderful! I had my Explorer into the dealership on 2/23/22 for a recall notice on the 2nd row seatbelt. Kendra, the service writer, told me the parts were on back order and she would call me when they came in. It's now 5/5/22 and I still haven't heard from her. I've tried four times over the last week to contact someone in the service department. Phones aren't answered and calls are not returned. So disappointing.... if customers aren't happy, they'll go someplace else. 5/6/22- Mark contacted me from the dealership. I now have an appointment to take my car in and have the seatbelt replaced due to a recall. More

I would have been better off having my 5 year old repair my car rather then bring it to the Auto Nation Service department - complete disaster. They had it for 2.5 weeks, told me they started it twice with my car rather then bring it to the Auto Nation Service department - complete disaster. They had it for 2.5 weeks, told me they started it twice with out oil and ceased it up, pretended they fixed it and called me to pick it up, drove it for 5 minutes, it broke down and is now at a different Ford dealership. No one answer's the phone, the manager could careless - complete S show. More
Pre-planned a Sunday pick-up for my vehicle after the 30k service. Was told that the keys would be upfront since the service dept. was closed on Sunday. Reiterated that plan with the service writer who was filling in for my service writer. Go to pick up my truck and NO keys were left. I called the GM on Sunday to call me the next day to resolve. NO phone call. I called and left a message with the service manager. I told the service manager the issue and asked if they could drive my car back to Gilbert where I live. I think that this is what is appropriate to make the situation right. NO dice. They were willing to do nothing. I will never do business with them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. More
