We had what we thought were transmission problems, it turned out to be a part that had to be ordered. Kendra explained that with the supply chain it could take awhile for the part to arrive. The worst service department I've ever been a part of sadly I've been there 3 times & didn't know the difference between good and poor service, AutoNation service avoids you on walk in & on the phone My sadly I've been there 3 times & didn't know the difference between good and poor service, AutoNation service avoids you on walk in & on the phone My truck was in on warranty work for the master cylinder, I had a slight exhaust leak that they written up as a false fastener which cost $2600 to repair Extended warranty does not cover fasteners yes I remove my vehicle taking it to Chapman Ford down the road for second opinion which was $1200 for it was for a warped exhaust which is covered under extended warranty warranty I was charged a $100 with great service I will never go to Autonation again in fact I'll don't plan on another Ford because the deception & money I've wasted on a New truck.
