I felt they were honest and did their best to keep my costs down. The actual bill was less than the estimate and so that made me very happy. They show no care when you bring your vehicle to be serviced. They are unorganized and they leave you standing there waiting for you vehicle when it’s already done because they don’t communicate. I found the vehicle there that I wanted but it was by accident that I did. I went and test drove the vehicle earlier than my appointment and went with someone else than my online salesman. I also had my vehicle appraised at the time and it came back about $5,000 less than the dealership across the street a week earlier. The panoramic moonroof would not go back and so they deducted about $3800 because they figured it was the cable and would be $3600 to repair. I was not satisfied so I decided to get it repaired myself for $400 which was the track and not the cable. I was told that even if I got it repaired, they might not give me that much more based on the time and miles so I am selling it on my own. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I told my salesman what time I would be there to do the paperwork, that it would be a cash deal and hopefully wouldn't take that long. I find out that the vehicle was sent to another dealership by mistake because someone else was interested even though I had signed the contract so that took some time. Three hours later is what it took to finalize the deal since they were shorthanded with finance people. I waited patiently and they apologized for the delays, and if I didn't want the vehicle that bad, would have left to take my business elsewhere. Mind you, we bought my wife's car at this dealership three years earlier so I had confidence in making my purchase there. More
