Had to get the brakes, brake fluid, spark plugs, and window washer done. Customer service was second to none. Mark took the time to answer any questions I had. I was informed that a couple items should window washer done. Customer service was second to none. Mark took the time to answer any questions I had. Found it impossible to get an appointment without showing up at the dealership. I use multiple service facilities for the different brands owned. This is by far the worst one I work with.
