I've been buying and leasing cars from this dealership since the 90's. (back when Lou Grubb owned) I've known and worked with Kevin Morgan all this time. I waited 3 weeks for a routine oil change and needed a 60K maintance. Other problems were found and loss use of my vehicle for a week. I know a lot of businesses are hurting for help but I'll probably go elsewhere for maintance. Its very frustrating given over the years and all the business I given this dealership (from mid 90's my company leased 3 cars every 3 years and I have personally purchased several more) it's sad and frustrating that this is where we are currently at. So far nothing I have had done there was done correctly. My gas milage dropped after a recall, Taking the truck to another dealership restored the gas milage.
