Jason was awesome. He was honest about how long my service would take and I greatly appreciated that so I could make arrangements not to waste my time. I "left" AutoNation Ford in North Scottsdale over a year ago and had to go back for a re-call on my car, besides needing a general service. Kevin was my Service Assistant, and he has perhaps convinced me to ago and had to go back for a re-call on my car, besides needing a general service. Kevin was my Service Assistant, and he has perhaps convinced me to return. He was clear in what needed to be done and treated me with respect. Previously my assigned assistant AWAYS found something more that was needed, I felt I was over charged. I called the previous Service Manager at least 5 times to question the service and the cost ($4,000 over a couple of years). I never received a return call! I wrote to FORD's Board of Directors who contacted Autonation, but still I received no call from Autonation. I found out that when I brought my car in this time, there is a new Service Manager and my previously assigned Assistant are no longer employed. I'll go back, BUT where was the oversight of the Service Department previously??? Hopefully they have got their act together More
