I was told at drop off they might need to keep it 2 days, but what wasn’t made clear was that it was 2 days to diagnose the problems, plus whatever additional days needed to repair it. It took three weeks to obtain an appointment fr 3 recalls on my 2014 Ford Fusion. I had them check some other possible repairs and they held my car for 6 days including the weekend.
