Very poor communication and service. I was told an hour and a half for the service and it ended up being 4 hours. It would have been respectful for Tiffany to let me know close to the hour and half mark that it was going to take longer. For what reason? After 3 hours truck was initially brought to me. I got in and turned the truck on and the DEF fluid was not topped off as indicated in the 10,000 mile service points. So, I questioned whether all of the items were completed? I was told yes, but I still have my doubts. After over 4 hours of waiting I finally got the truck back and was able to leave. The only reason I am giving excellent on the price is because I was not charged due to the inconvenience I had to endure. With that being said, I was originally not charged for the service and that is when I noticed everything was not completed. The dealership did end up taking the truck back to the service department again and topping off the DEF fluid and I was not charged for that either. Not sure if all the other fluids were checked and topped off. Finding the DEF fluid not topped makes me question whether everything on the list of items to be completed were in fact completed? Also, I was told the truck would be washed, but when I got it back it was not. Supposed reason - too big to go through wash. Technician should have known this and could have told me that it could not be washed as it does not fit through the equipment. What about a hand wash (they certainly had plenty of time. I have other vehicles and when I take them to a dealership they will hand wash if vehicle does not fit through equipment.). At least the grease marks near the hood on 1 side could have been cleaned. I have pics if would like to see. Unfortunately, as you might guess, I am very disappointed with my first service on my truck. I do appreciate not charging me for the service, but that does not result in me changing my rating other than on the price. More

Scheduling the appointment was a challenge since no one ever called back. The appointment itself was ok- my service advisor Mark was helpful when I dropped the car at the dealership but that's where it sto ever called back. I called at 2pm (main service line) and requested a call back to get an update on the car. Never received a call back. I went to the dealership at 545pm to pick up the car - Mark was gone so I worked with another person which was very helpful. He had to create an invoice since Mark didn't complete the work - there was additional work the car needed but Mark failed to contact me or advise me about it. The gentlemen who helped then had to look for the car keys and car since there was no pass on from Mark. Overall I waited 30mins to get this sorted out - very frustrating. The gentlemen did give me a discount on my oil change which was appreciated. I would not recommend your dealership for service or anything. The customer service is average on a good day - my service advisor never followed up with me. You have to figure out a better system with your voicemessages since it is very clear that they are not being checked and customer calls are not being returned.
