TERRIBLE service. They have had our car in the service department for over a week for an oil change. We have been calling every day for six days, twice a day, in an effort to get an answer about when the car will be ready. We only reach voice mail and have never received a call back. In an effort to get answers, we visited the dealership on Sunday. The salesman said he couldn't help, took down our names/numbers and said he'd have service call first thing Monday morning. No calls yet. "Five Star Service"??? Definitely NOT. More
