Scheduled an appt for my airbag recall, with the recall number and VIN of my car 1 week into the future. Dropped off at scheduled time and was told the car would be ready that afternoon. I wasn't told that it wouldn't be ready that day until after 4pm when I called. No call from dealer. Airbag replacement was done the next day and I picked up the car at 4:30 the 2nd day. After having my car for 2 full days, they did not do the multipoint inspection. In fact, I have a TPMS error on my dash which was still there when I picked it up with no mention of diagnosing or repairing it. No communication. Intentionally did not do MP Inspection like it says they do on the web. Stay away from Autonation Scottsdale. More
Was in for a standard service and inspection. You could not rotate wheel as could not find wheel lock key. I was told I could go with no charge. My Service Agent and the entire staff were terrific in every aspect. They even washed my car!. In the past, I used another dealership, but AutoNation Ford Scottsdale was far superior. I had my Explorer into the dealership on 2/23/22 for a recall notice on the 2nd row seatbelt. Kendra, the service writer, told me the parts were on back order and she would call me when they came in. It's now 5/5/22 and I still haven't heard from her. I've tried four times over the last week to contact someone in the service department. Phones aren't answered and calls are not returned. So disappointing.... if customers aren't happy, they'll go someplace else. 5/6/22- Mark contacted me from the dealership. I now have an appointment to take my car in and have the seatbelt replaced due to a recall. More

I would have been better off having my 5 year old repair my car rather then bring it to the Auto Nation Service department - complete disaster. They had it for 2.5 weeks, told me they started it twice with my car rather then bring it to the Auto Nation Service department - complete disaster. They had it for 2.5 weeks, told me they started it twice with out oil and ceased it up, pretended they fixed it and called me to pick it up, drove it for 5 minutes, it broke down and is now at a different Ford dealership. No one answer's the phone, the manager could careless - complete S show. More
