Pre-planned a Sunday pick-up for my vehicle after the 30k service. Was told that the keys would be upfront since the service dept. was closed on Sunday. Reiterated that plan with the service writer who was f service. Was told that the keys would be upfront since the service dept. was closed on Sunday. Reiterated that plan with the service writer who was filling in for my service writer. Go to pick up my truck and NO keys were left. I called the GM on Sunday to call me the next day to resolve. NO phone call. I called and left a message with the service manager. I told the service manager the issue and asked if they could drive my car back to Gilbert where I live. I think that this is what is appropriate to make the situation right. NO dice. They were willing to do nothing. I will never do business with them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. More
We had what we thought were transmission problems, it turned out to be a part that had to be ordered. Kendra explained that with the supply chain it could take awhile for the part to arrive. However we h turned out to be a part that had to be ordered. Kendra explained that with the supply chain it could take awhile for the part to arrive. However we had our car back in 5 days thanks to Kendra making sure we were next in line after the part arrived earlier than originally anticipated. Car was returned washed, fluids topped off and an inspection done. Always great service at this dealer. More

The worst service department I've ever been a part of sadly I've been there 3 times & didn't know the difference between good and poor service, AutoNation service avoids you on walk in & on the phone My sadly I've been there 3 times & didn't know the difference between good and poor service, AutoNation service avoids you on walk in & on the phone My truck was in on warranty work for the master cylinder, I had a slight exhaust leak that they written up as a false fastener which cost $2600 to repair Extended warranty does not cover fasteners yes I remove my vehicle taking it to Chapman Ford down the road for second opinion which was $1200 for it was for a warped exhaust which is covered under extended warranty warranty I was charged a $100 with great service I will never go to Autonation again in fact I'll don't plan on another Ford because the deception & money I've wasted on a New truck. More
Went for 10,000 mile service, service said 2. 5 hr waited 5hrs.later they finished. Found out they have only 1 mechanic for the whole shop. The dealership was very busy and everyone did their best. They gave me a break where they could. It was appreciated. On a scale of 10, they are 8 1/2 . *Better than most dealers..
