I was on a road trip and my DEF indicator kept triggering on my '21 F250 threatening to go into crawl mode (at just 7K miles). I had 900 miles to go to get home. I stopped by AN Ford, I explained the situation to one of the service advisors, Spring E. She shared they were very backed up, but understood my situation and would do her best to fit me in. I left the truck and 24 hours later Spring called to share they fixed the issue and it was under warranty. Spring and the Diesel Tech really represented both Ford and AutoNation well. While I don't live in the area, Autonation will continue to earn my business in Denver. If you need to service your Ford in the Phoenix area you should do business with there folks. More

Very dissatisfied with the service I received. I had a 7 AM appointment. I arrived at 6:45 AM. I called numerous time during the day and the service had not begun. I called again at 3 PM and was t I had a 7 AM appointment. I arrived at 6:45 AM. I called numerous time during the day and the service had not begun. I called again at 3 PM and was told that my car was second in line. At this point I said to just forget it and return the car to me. There didn't seem to be any level of apology for the delay. I ultimately met with Tony Archuleta who did apologize and said there was no reason for what had happened and did offer to make it right. I will be very hesitant before I return to this dealership.
