There was no solution to the problem with a brand new vehicle. The vehicle was returned to me dirty and with a nick in the paint on the driver’s side door. Overall a disappointing experience. I still can't believe that after scheduling an appointment over 2 weeks prior to the service date that it still took over 2 hours to have an oil change and tire rotation.
