A big shout out to Jerry Fisher at AutoNation Ford service. He not only helped me locate my jack handle when I had a flat tire, he was also able to replace the tire by sending a driver out of town to service. In addition to a great experience in buying my F-150 Lariat truck initially through Jerry’s referral he has been my service agent through the past two or three Ford trucks I have owned. Unfortunately in today’s time we have to leave our vehicles instead of waiting to be told the issue and then given time and cost for repairs. So within the new reality we were pleased with the servic vehicles instead of waiting to be told the issue and then given time and cost for repairs. So within the new reality we were pleased with the service. We dropped off the truck on Thursday morning and retrieved on the following Monday. I would have liked to have been notified sooner but it was an easy fix but as stated earlier this is the new way dealerships are handling service so within those parameters I would recommend this dealership service department. More
