The service department at Auto Nation Ford south fort worth is unlike other ford service departments. Auto Nation will access your problem and detail to you what needs to be done, whereas other service d worth is unlike other ford service departments. Auto Nation will access your problem and detail to you what needs to be done, whereas other service departments I've experienced act as though they don't want to deal with you at all. I've had outstanding service by Jerry Fisher at this dealership and would not consider going anywhere else. I was less than 6 miles from Five Star Ford off 820 when my car broke down, I called them about having it towed there for repair, due to that is where i purchased my car, but they were not interested, they said they weren't able to even look at it for weeks, so I had it towed to Auto Nation where I get my services done, because it is close to my home, and once again they stepped up and told me to bring it in. I had to pay 48 dollars extra to have it towed there due to the distance beyond 20 miles, which is what my insurance will pay for, but it was worth it because I knew my service manager Jerry Fisher would take care of me. My car was repaired in a week, $2690.80 worth of repairs done by a service department that cares about its customers, a service department that didn't hesitate to tell me to bring it in and they would get it repaired for me.
