This is my 8th transaction w/ Doug Welch w/ in last few years as there were more in past years when he was @ Ford/Burleson & AN on Bryant Irving so there’s a few there too. I am a single women & not trusti years as there were more in past years when he was @ Ford/Burleson & AN on Bryant Irving so there’s a few there too. I am a single women & not trusting of many but completely trust his advice. I am currently waiting on a part & he could hv easily given up on me but stayed on it & the repair is on its way. Honestly, because was looking for an upgrade checked out Lexus & Mercedes but ended up trusting Doug to get what I wanted. Thx again for your help. Kerry More

terrible service...didnt know if they put synthetic or regular oil in my car...didnt address ignition issue or paint estimate that was on ticket...didnt care about trunk lid issue until i insisted...never regular oil in my car...didnt address ignition issue or paint estimate that was on ticket...didnt care about trunk lid issue until i insisted...never going again...oil price was good...thats all More
