I recently bought an F150 and it's probably the most unsafe vehicle I have ever purchased. The salesman was great but the service department and the GM, I feel, just treat you like another number. My truck still has the same issue as the day I bought it. Their team totally dismissed my opinion on what wrong with the truck. I got the typical answer "well the computer doesn't show any codes so the truck must be fine". They didn't wash the truck after having it for a few days, in which I was told it would be and an oil change and 10k service was due and you would think they would have offered to do that as a convenience of having the truck, nope. The truck I use for work but I don't feel safe in it and won't put my family in it. Hopefully this is read and you choose a dealership elsewhere. More
