When I went to buy a car I was looking for a Ford. Instead, I was persuaded to buy a Toyota. I wasn't told certain repairs could not be done at your dealer; instead I have to go to Toyota. In addition, I made it clear that I wanted a maintenance contract. What I got was a cut rate plan which covers only oil changes and tire rotation for routine repairs. Guess I will enroll in Car Shield. More
