My sales person was Tom, he went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle I needed. He didn't draw out the sale for hours and hours which would have been a deal breaker for me. Please STAY AWAY from this place, the salesman guy was kind of nice at the beginning. After purchasing the car I get in the car to find a yellow emergency light, he offered me to bring the car back the fo kind of nice at the beginning. After purchasing the car I get in the car to find a yellow emergency light, he offered me to bring the car back the following day to have it fixed. After 7 days of chasing him and calling all the time with no response I decided to drive there to see if I finally get to drive this car that I need. His response that I’m lucky the car is being at the dealership in a timely manner, that I should be thankful because it sometimes takes months! This is a totally unprofessional response and the fact they don’t even inspect the cars before selling tells a lot. I drove all the way to Audi where the car is being stuck there for four days, the repairs person has been trying to call autonation for them to pay the repair but they don’t answer the phone at all. So at this point I have just wasted my time, my money, and no car at all. Driving 40 miles there again to see if this people have the decency to either pay the repair or give me my money back. STAY AWAY horrible dealer and the used cars they have for sale are overpriced and beat up. More
