The irony in your response is what truly gave my wife & I the final straw bc we BOTH reached out to Natalie multiple times w messages & voice mails w our #s to return our call hoping to get the matter resolved or answers to our questions,and still to this day never once got a courtesy call back from any one at that location…truly disappointing…
