So far the experience hasn't been good besides Jason the sales guy. I purchased a used Ram 3500 a few weeks ago. After only a day of driving it, a check engine light came on. I called Jason and they came and picked it up, 3 days after they were supposed to. Mind you at this point I made it clear that I need it back ASAP because we are planning a trip and that's the reason I bought the vehicle. I called the Service manager, he sounded annoyed talking to me. He promised a call back the next day with updates, nothing, that was three days ago. The only person who has been in simi communication is Jason the sales guy. Here's my issue, COMMUNICATION. Knowing my situation, not one person in management has reached out to apologize or really tell me anything. Its just not good business. Make this right and ill take this down. More

I purchased numerous service and warranty products but you don’t seem to recall when it gets time to bill for service. Further, after 3 visits you have never honored the exterior wash service. I waited 2 weeks for a (Tuesday or Friday) appointment because the app said I need a Nav upgrade but that apparently was untrue so the delay was unnecessary. Regular service was $71 but oops it really was zero. I had requested a body shop estimate for a very minor issue but it was never placed on a lift and that was an additional $50. Not sure I trust the $1000 estimate was accurate. Don’t sell me on products and then renege. More
Needing minor body work, I scheduled 2 weeks ahead because of backlog. I stopped in one day early to confirm. They had not a clue. Brought vehicle in next day, scheduled, prepared to leave for one we because of backlog. I stopped in one day early to confirm. They had not a clue. Brought vehicle in next day, scheduled, prepared to leave for one week for body work and electrical check. When I returned, nothing. Neither collision nor service department had a clue. Obviously, I will have to find another time and place for repair. More
