Overall service was good and vehicle service as completed when promised. I am concerned that all of the service checks were not done. After having the tires rotated, the tire pressure was under the requir when promised. I am concerned that all of the service checks were not done. After having the tires rotated, the tire pressure was under the required amount. One tire was at 31 PSI. Also, I noticed that the coolant level is below minimum. More
Beth, the service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable and the recommendations were perfect! I received my ford Raptor the same day of drop off in which I was surprised as how quick the service was. The tires were 670.83 and the oil change was the rest minus 169.00 for telling me the hatch back is sticking. everything else was under warranty. Won't be doing business with them anymore. Used to like that place but I don't like getting ripped off. And the best part is I had to call service 4 times before I even got a call with an update on what's going on with the car. Very lousy service. And the car only has 22000 miles on it. More
Service appts are a month out and because of hurricane Ian I had to reschedule, which was another month out. After waiting two months for service I dropped my truck off and it wasn’t even looked at until Ian I had to reschedule, which was another month out. After waiting two months for service I dropped my truck off and it wasn’t even looked at until day 3. The service was under warranty so I should have been provided a vehicle but instead was without a vehicle for 3 days. This must be a common occurrence because the manager indicated there was nothing that he could do. This was a very frustrating experience to say the least. More
Case study in poor customer service. I ordered a truck 9 months ago. I agreed to pay $10k MORE than MSRP. Over 9 months of waiting, I have 30+ exchanges with the dealership (checking I ordered a truck 9 months ago. I agreed to pay $10k MORE than MSRP. Over 9 months of waiting, I have 30+ exchanges with the dealership (checking order status, etc). Finally the truck arrives. I show up and they attempt to raise the price by ANOTHER $10k. Their explanation...we don't offer price protection on orders. Unbelievable. A customer waits 9 months for an order. The dealership does no work and is nothing but a pass-thru, and yet they try to stick me with an additional $10k AFTER they had ALREADY charged a $10k "Market Adjustment Fee." Unethical. More

Our trade in was more than fair and the price was good. That’s about where the good stuff ends. Once you’re in the finance office they kept pushing warranties that would add thousands of dollars to our loan. I declined politely several times. At one point the dealer manager came in and pressured us into spending more money on warranties. Once they realized we weren’t going to be bullied into a warranty they quietly processed our paperwork and we were on our way. They also told us we couldn’t transfer our vanity tag, which we later found out from the DMV that was false and they weren’t sure why, so we had to pay for new a new plate. Overall I feel like my experience was somewhat typical for a dealership. Nice up front, but pressure you into warranties so they can make more money. I’m not sure if we’ll go back when it’s time for me to get a new car. More
