Our usual go to guys are too high up the ladder to cover a weekend. ( We missed both Bruce, Scott & Dan.) We were given great and entertaining treatment by Art and Mike. With their expert guidance we are all set. The only negatives were that the building was freezing, the chairs aren’t great to sit in very long. Miserable experience! Aimee and Kevin were incredibly rude. Auto Nation warranty is a complete joke. I have brought my Explorer in twice to repair my front seats that are not cooling was not cooling. The first time nothing was done and the problem was not addressed. Yesterday they said the driver side wa seats that are not cooling was not cooling. The first time nothing was done and the problem was not addressed. Yesterday they said the driver side was cooling(it is not) but they needed to order a fan for the passenger side seat to cool. My service advisor was prompt and conscientious in helping me but I feel the technicians are not resolving the problem. More

Appreciate the courtesy and concern by Kristin Gallagher to assist my wife in selecting the right car for her. I am a regular service customer with my other vehicle, an Expedition, I experience the same lev to assist my wife in selecting the right car for her. I am a regular service customer with my other vehicle, an Expedition, I experience the same level of personal service with Mickey Cusamano there. I was disappointed only in the extremely low offer made by the sales manager for the trade in which was below junk price. The offer was moderately increased “up to junk price” when I protested but it shook my trust in the dealership somewhat. I would give the dealership a 5 star rating had it not been for that. Monetarily the trade in was a very minor part of the transaction and did not drive any decision but it had a negative impact on the goodwill that Kristin and Mickey have earned. Overall 4 stars! More
