We sound like a broken record. This is the third purchase we’ve made at AutoNation Ford in St. Petersburg. We went on Sunday and had made an appointment. Our usual go to guys are This is the third purchase we’ve made at AutoNation Ford in St. Petersburg. We went on Sunday and had made an appointment. Our usual go to guys are too high up the ladder to cover a weekend. ( We missed both Bruce, Scott & Dan.) We were given great and entertaining treatment by Art and Mike. With their expert guidance we are all set. The only negatives were that the building was freezing, the chairs aren’t great to sit in very long. Miserable experience! Aimee and Kevin were incredibly rude. Auto Nation warranty is a complete joke. After 6 new Fords I am trading this one in on a new Toyota from non Aimee and Kevin were incredibly rude. Auto Nation warranty is a complete joke.
