Our sales person (Katie) was great. But, our experience with the Finance Manager was not good, he was too pushy and he was more interested in selling us an extended warranty, etc. Cus But, our experience with the Finance Manager was not good, he was too pushy and he was more interested in selling us an extended warranty, etc. Customer service with the Finance Manager and one of the Sales Manager was not great either. I called them both on two separate issues, left them both messages, and they did not call me back. I had to return to the dealer due to an error on their part a few days later (paper work error), it would have been nice if they filled up my tank considering I drove over an hour. Or, they could have washed my SUV... I gave them a five star rating based off the performance of our sales person. I was told, anything less would effect her and her only, which is wrong. I believe everyone in the sales process should be graded separately and their poor performance should not effect the sale person. More

I already had a sudden issue with my car. On the way Ford was able to work me in and I have my car back to me within a day and a half. Mickey my service technician was very helpful. Spent $60,000 on a vehicle had it back into the dealership in less than a week. The problem not fixed because they can’t get parts and now 2 weeks later it needs to go back for something totally di dealership in less than a week. This dealership must be the bottom of the ford dealerships never again will I buy from not just auto nation ford buy any auto nation . Only gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option More
