Took my car in for service. They said I needed new brakes & pads & rotors. I ok'd the service. Two days later the car made a horrible noise as I was driving. Had to call a wreck They said I needed new brakes & pads & rotors. I ok'd the service. Two days later the car made a horrible noise as I was driving. Had to call a wrecker to have the car returned to AutoNation. A bolt had come loose & there was damage. They fixed the problem & also paid for the wrecker. Another part on order that they will install when it arrives. More

Appointment for an oil change, noticed someone that arrived after me was serviced first even though I asked if they had appointment, and was informed by the tech that they didn’t.
