Steve Blacklidge is awesome. An hour before they closed, he was the only one to greet us and go over the vehicle my daughter had picked out. Since this was our daughters first “own” car, Steve took the time to explain every part of the paperwork process and advice if we are not there when she buys her next car. Truly expressed with his patience and tolerance during the process. The finance part is never a smooth process during any purchase but it went as smooth as expected. Got the rate I wanted and close to the payment I expected without all the extra stuff. I would recommend auto Nation and Steve to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

I brought my car in 3 weeks ago and they told me I needed an appointment which is fine so I made the appointment. When I got there the person (Beth) was rude and didn't want to help and told me my headlight an appointment which is fine so I made the appointment. When I got there the person (Beth) was rude and didn't want to help and told me my headlight and sunroof wouldn't be covered under my warranty and that they would need Mt car all day. Then I get a call saying they sent it to another dealership and they would help me. Mind you they still have the car and it's been 3 days bit on the bright side this dealership did there job correctly and come to find out everything is covered under warranty. I will not be going back to this dealership anymore. More
