Very poor communication with my original advisor. Manger refused to call me back. New advisor Micky has been very responsive and helpful. Of the 4 issues, 2 were fixed, 1 was ignored, and the final thing was done with a very low-quality workman ship. More

From the check in to the check out was great, I had to leave my vehicle for the day, they sent a lyft ride for me both times. I just moved here from NC, I will return for my next check up. DO NOT GO HERE! ! I don't leave many reviews...already left a poor review on Google for a previous terrible experience at this place. Unfortunately, I had to return ! Unfortunately, I had to return to this dealership about a new xxxx show that happened. From the beginning when I purchased my vehicle, there were lies and deceit. I received a text message from Devon, my sales person one evening that said I must come to the dealership right away or my car will be repossessed. Found out this was due to a mistake they made on my paperwork. My paperwork was never right...not my fault. Last time I was at this dealership I was treated like I was stupid and that I had done something wrong. None of my paperwork was right from the start. The last thing I wanted to do was go back to this place! I did, on Thursday, to inquire about what happened when I canceled my warranties last time I was there. I was swindled into multiple different warranties but was told I could cancel anytime. I canceled them for sure because like I said I never want to go back to this dealership again! I cannot deal with these type of people. When I went it to inquired about my cancelled warranties finance could not give me an answer, accounting could not give me an answer so they went to the GM Bruce. When finance returned with his answer (4:50pm), it was different from what everyone else told me and none of my paperwork was saying what he said. I got "I'm sorry" from finance. So I asked to speak with the GM Bruce. Finance said I'll check but it's almost 5pm and he needs to get home! Sure enough, GM Bruce couldn't see me but that he would call me in the morning. Of course I never got a call. Beware of this place and the people. It fits the stereotype of sketch shady deceitful car dealerships. It probably doesn't help that I'm a woman. Disgusting. More
