Howard was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had the same service writer for many years. He was killed in a motorcycle accident. I explained that to Howard. A pleasure to work with them. Saw a specific used SUV I was looking for on their website. I reached out and Nekko Pastrana got right back to me. Told him what I was looking for on my trade in and he made it happen. Made an appointment for 2 days later at 5:15 in the evening and was driving home the (almost) new SUV at 7:30. Highly recommend.
