I took my F-150 in for it's first oil change service. I had made an appointment with Christian, and told him I was going to have to wait while the truck was being serviced. Took my car there for oil change with a 2pm appointment. I was on time and a service advisor approached me 17 minutes later. The work order given to me when I picked up the car had a written inspecti I was on time and a service advisor approached me 17 minutes later. The work order given to me when I picked up the car had a written inspection report that purportedly found numerous issues and it wrote that I declined the repairs. That’s a total lie. I reveived one 23 second phone call saying the car was ready. No mention of needed repairs. Ford got me in the door with a low cost coupon probably desiring me to build some trust. Unfortunately any trust I might have developed is gone. More
