He was quick to help and picked up where a previous advisor (who was the reason I stopped coming to the dealership) and was great to work with Troy. Had a recall performed along with 100000 service. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Only issue was that they didn't reset my "service tire mobility" warning light. This is my first time taking my Bronco Sport for an oil change and it took about 3 hours for them to get it changed and I had set up an appointment. I did wait for my car only because I was going to use th change and it took about 3 hours for them to get it changed and I had set up an appointment.
